Return Policy

Makeup Returns:

• Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned.
• Any incorrect Makeup orders or Makeup items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel and can be sent back at customer’s own costs for a possible refund or exchange
• We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously. Should you have any queries please drop us an email and it will be dealt with accordingly.
• Refunds on Makeup can be considered when we are notified within 24 hours of order receipt, and provided the products are sent back exactly in the same condition that the customer received it in, unopened and unused with appropriate packaging and covering due to Hygiene purposes
• When your order is still processing there will be no refunds.
• Because of parcels bought beforehand we will keep 10% of the order amount when asking for a refund.
• Please note that incorrect orders that were opened and used will be seen as you accepting the incorrect order and cannot be exchanged or retuned for hygiene purposes.

• Authentic Arabic Perfumes Returns:
• We regret No Returns, refunds or exchanges on items opened will be accepted.
• Incorrect Orders / Broken perfumes can possibly be exchanged if you notify us within 24hrs of receipt and provided they are unopened and in it's original packaging.
• Please note that incorrect orders that were opened and used will be seen as you accepting the incorrect order and cannot be exchanged or retuned for hygiene purposes.
