• Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.
• Any items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
• An incorrect order can be returned and exchanged provided it has been unopened or tampered with
• We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously. Should you have any queries please drop us an email and it will be dealt with accordingly.

• We regret No Returns, refunds or exchanges on items opened will be accepted.
• Incorrect Orders / Broken perfumes can possibly be exchanged if you notify us within 24hrs of receipt and provided they are unopened and in it's original packaging.
• Please note that incorrect orders that were opened and used will be seen as you accepting the incorrect order and cannot be exchanged or retuned for hygiene purposes.
